These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FFGR Canada services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

Services

FFGR Canada provides premium private chauffeur, exclusive concierge, executive protection, and private aviation coordination services across Canada and international destinations. All services are subject to availability and require advance reservation.

Reservations & Confirmations

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation issued by FFGR Canada. Verbal agreements or third-party confirmations do not constitute a binding reservation. Full details of your engagement will be provided in your confirmation document.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type, duration, and notice period. Applicable cancellation conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and included in your service agreement. Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.

Confidentiality

All client engagements are covered by our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement. FFGR Canada staff are contractually bound to strict confidentiality. Client identities, travel details, and any information shared during service are never disclosed to third parties.

Liability

FFGR Canada operates in full compliance with applicable Canadian law. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services rendered. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather events, acts of government, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
